It makes me kind of sick to my stomach to pass this tidbit along, but this is not faked; it is a genuine blog entry from May 10th of this year: from Talking Points. It's just the sort of thing that came to mind when I read the news reports about the new terror warnings and the Al Quaeda operative who was captured ("what if this has been known all along and only coming out now to distract from the 'bounce' from Dem. convention?"). Then of course I dismissed it as hokey conspiracy theory. Now I don't know. Many people have questioned the administration about the timing of this development. The answer of course is they haven't been sitting on the information, they wouldn't do such a thing. 'Course not when they can get the Pakistanis to do that for them. Sickening thought.
